- Two-Week Consultation: Communicate via email and/or phone to review your timeline, vendors, and vision
- Full Setup Support: from tables & place settings to décor placement
- Vendor Point-Person: manage arrivals, outstanding payments, and any unforeseen setbacks
- On-Site Emergency Kit: stocked for every “just in case”
- Ensuring smooth guest flow, ceremony management, and reception coordination
- 8 hours of coverage with two coordinators for extended attention & efficiency
- Tend to small tasks: such as replenishing napkins, water stations, trash removal (within 8-hour time frame) etc.
Need us for more than 8 hours on your big day? Additional hours will be charged $150/hour.

Full-Day Wedding Coordination
$2,200 | 12 Hours | Two Coordinators
Designed for couples who dream of an effortless, elegant wedding day. From morning mimosas to the last dance, we ensure every moment flows seamlessly. This package allows you to relax, celebrate, and cherish each memory while we make certain your wedding unfolds with grace and ease.
What’s Included:
- One-Month Consultation: Communicate via email and/or phone to coordinate timeline planning and vendor communication well before your big day
- Assist in creating a detailed wedding timeline
- Full Setup Assistance: ceremony, décor, signage, and more
- Vendor Point-Person: manage arrivals, outstanding payments, and any unforeseen setbacks
- On-Site Emergency Kit: stocked for every “just in case”
- Ensuring smooth guest flow, ceremony management, and reception coordination
- 12 hours of coverage with two coordinators for extended attention & efficiency
- Tend to small tasks: such as replenishing napkins, water stations, trash removal (within 12-hour time frame), etc.
- Assisting wedding party & guests as needed
- Gift management: place gifts & cards in appropriate location
- Coordinate send off (if within 12 hour time frame)
Payment Terms
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled wedding date.
